Rule 92
Other conditions for receiving salary allowance

(1) A civil servant who has been transferred or promoted from one office to another office will be given a salary (excluding local allowance) from the current office according to the position to which he was transferred or promoted for the preparation period of seven days and the period of the journey to leave the former office and return to the current office.
(2) If the government of Nepal decides to give any training or engage in any other government work to any civil servant who has been transferred, promoted or newly appointed from one office to another without being able to return to the current office, the salary according to the position in which he was transferred, promoted or newly appointed for that period (local Apart from Allowance) will be given.
(3) If a civil servant is nominated by the Government of Nepal for a scholarship received by the Government of Nepal and cannot be immediately promoted due to going abroad for study training or a study tour, or if a civil servant dies before being promoted, he will be promoted according to the position he was promoted to from the date of the decision to promote him. Salary and other benefits will be available.
